  3. First, which suit did you choose Tony? Good choice either way! People have asked me if I am upset that the two of you eloped and that we did not get to, “be there”. My answer to that is that we, our family, have always been there and will be there until death do us part! Do I wish we could have peeked out from behind a tree and seen the whole thing live? Of course but somehow I think it would have been an intrusion on a very private and beautiful love song. There comes a point in parents’ lives where we step off the stage and take a seat in the audience and watch the next scenes from the play that goes back centuries continue in the lives of our children and grandchildren. We will continue to play our roles as needed and our own love story will follow its path. Dad and I wake up each day to pictures of our children and grandchildren in Lakewood, Avon Lake, Cleveland Heights, Gahanna, and Buffalo, New York and start our day with smiles and sometimes laughter at your antics and surprises. You two definitely have a knack for “surprise”! Thanks for an amazing scene from your lives together. Can’t wait to see what’s next!
